Proposal Guidelines:

The Annual Rural Health Conference, held each year in Colorado Springs, brings together rural health administrators from Colorado’s Critical Access Hospitals and other rural facilities, in addition to other healthcare professionals, vendors, and leading experts in the field.

Here are just a few of the top reasons people attend the Annual Rural Health Conference:

  • Over 10 hours of educational presentations and breakout sessions.

Preference will be given to topics that offer rural-specific trends and impact.  All sessions are approximately 1 hour.

Exhibit rates start at $950, which includes your exhibit booth, conference materials, breakfast and lunch for the duration of the conference, one attendee registration and up to two registrations can be added for $100/each.

We also offer a premium exhibit package at $1,200 which includes the same benefits listed above, in addition to the option to host your exhibit booth in a high traffic area.  You’ll have plenty of extra space for large banners, demos and more!  We will also include your company’s logo on all electronic signage and the conference webpage.
