Recruitment and Retention, and Growing Your Own We all know that recruiting and retaining providers is one of the toughest issues in rural facilities. In this workshop we will interact in a small group fashion: sharing ideas and issues, learning from each other, and learning successful strategies from other states. This will include looking at some of the nuts and bolts of the recruitment process as well as considering the bigger picture. We will also learn about a Grow Your Own rural facility manager program. Join us for learning and sharing!

Grant Seeking and Grant Writing Workshop Another key issue, grant writing is an important skill for rural facilities! In this workshop, we will discuss methods of finding grant programs right for your projects and then go through the step by step process of writing a grant application.
