Notes on CAH Profiles
In order to evaluate the financial impact of the CAH program, information was gathered for eight facilities that have been operating as Critical Access Hospitals for at least two years. The information was obtained from the Colorado Health & Hospital Association's DATABANK® system. The average for these eight hospitals is included on each profile. For these eight hospitals additional financial information such as length of stay, payroll, and number of full time equivalents is also noted.
