The Colorado Provider Recruitment (CPR) program is a nonprofit recruitment program that was created by the CRHC to address healthcare workforce shortages in rural and underserved communities in Colorado. CPR provides a variety of recruitment and retention related services to communities searching for healthcare providers, as well as providers who wish to practice in rural or underserved communities. Eligible Provider Types
  • Physicians: Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, OB/GYN, Pediatricians, Specialists
  • Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Certified Nurse Midwives
  • Dentists, Dental Hygienists
Eligible Clinic Types
  • Any rural facility – private, public, nonprofit, etc.
  • Any urban clinic that is dedicated to serving underserved populations
