Sue Graham

Sue Graham, Quality Improvement Specialist

Sue works as a Quality Improvement Specialist providing support for rural hospitals and clinics to identify and optimize workflows that utilize health information exchange technology in order to improve patient care delivery and outcomes. She has a master’s degree in physician assistant studies from the University of Nebraska and has worked both as a clinician and educator in healthcare for nearly 20 years. During that time, she focused on quality improvement utilizing chart review and care outcomes to develop, implement and monitor quality improvement projects in a variety of settings. In her free time, Sue enjoys volunteering, traveling and spending time outdoors with her family, friends and pets.
