During this webinar, we will share initial strategies to plan for a successful Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC). Topics will focus on the recruitment and retention of staff and community members, agenda planning, and identifying key roles within a PFAC. Participants will have the opportunity to hear from other iCARE communities who have demonstrated successful planning of PFACs.
