A NON-PROFIT RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION PROGRAM

We prioritize finding the perfect match for both healthcare providers and the communities they serve. With retention rates exceeding the state average, we emphasize quality over quantity. Our mission is to connect rural clinics and hospitals with healthcare professionals who have lived or worked in rural areas, as well as those who are genuinely interested in practicing and living in rural Colorado. Supporting rural Colorado is our primary motivation.

Our organization is rooted in Colorado and actively travels throughout the state to engage with the rural communities and employers we partner with every day. We truly understand rural Colorado!

OUR LONG-STANDING RELATIONSHIP

After more than a decade, CPR has collaborated with over 80 communities and successfully recruited more than 175 healthcare providers. Since 1995, CRHC has operated the CPR program, viewing it as a vital and priority service for its members. Our program has engaged with all 47 rural and frontier communities, giving us a deep understanding of the unique challenges and strengths that rural clinics and hospitals encounter in recruitment and retention efforts.
