Power of Rural Colorado Photo Contest

To celebrate the Nation Rural Health Day this year, we are hosting the Power of Rural Colorado Photo Contest as an opportunity for you to show us Colorado through your eyes. Whether it’s a breathtaking landscape, a moment of teamwork in a clinic, or a powerful portrait of rural life, your photos help tell the story of rural healthcare in action.

As a celebration of the people, places, and stories that define Colorado’s rural communities, there are three categories to this contest: Rural People, Rural Landscapes, and Rural Life and Infrastructure.

Limit of three submissions per participant, one per category. Must be a CRHC member to be eligible for prizes.

• Deadline: November 16th at 11:59pm
• Winners Announced: November 21st

Judging Criteria

Entries will be evaluated on:

• Relevance to the theme of rural healthcare
• Creativity and originality
• Technical quality

Prizes

• Grand Prize: One free attendee ticket to The Colorado Rural Healthcare Conference in 2026, plus a feature in our newsletter, website, and social media channels
• Category Winners: A gift card, plus a feature in our newsletter, website, and social media channels

All submitted photos will be saved with a chance for the Colorado Rural Health Center to use in future publications
