We have 5 exhibitor booths offered at a discounted rate to support our local non-profits. 

**Please note: Proof of 501c3 will be required to attend the event at this rate. 

YOUR PURCHASE WILL INCLUDE:

• 1 exhibitor registration
• 6 foot exhibit table and chair
• Access to conference app (electronic lead retrieval not provided)
• Breakfast and lunch on Thursday and breakfast on Friday
• Invitation to the Thursday night happy hour to network with all attendees.
• The ability to interact and network with over a hundred healthcare professionals.
• Increased brand awareness of products & services to healthcare decision-makers
• Up to two additional exhibitor registrations can be added for $400/each
