Annual Rural Health Conference – Exhibitor
CRHC is closely monitoring Public Health recommendations as well as the venue recommendations on COVID 19. In an effort to do all that we can to protect the health of staff, presenters, and ultimately the rural communities served by our members and guests, CRHC will be requesting proof of full vaccination to enter the event later this month. Proof of vaccination can be presented as either the original vaccination card, a printed copy of the vaccination card or a photo of the vaccination card on your phone. Colorado residents can download the myColorado app for easy access to a digital COVID-19 vaccine record, which will also be accepted.
