About Visionary Broadband
Visionary Broadband is a rural/suburban Broadband Internet provider in over 100 communities in Colorado, Montana, New Mexico and Wyoming. They have been serving rural hospitals and clinics for over 15 years with licensed microwave and fiber optic high-speed Internet, wide area networks, and managed services.
Visionary provides 24x7x365 “LIVE NETWORK MONITORING” including dynamic live network mapping, network performance monitoring, single platform network device management, alarming, alerting, troubleshooting and device backup to healthcare, local government, education, business, and enterprise environments.

Dynamic View
Visionary Broadband provides to healthcare organizations the network managed service “DYNAMICVEW”, that delivers a full service “live” data and communications network health monitoring, continuous network mapping, attached data device identification (SNMP network devices and all connected nodes), that enhances network security via live on-going operational analysis. Our on-site device or server enabled application provides critical information for IT professionals via the live view of both their local area network (behind the firewall) and all remote wide area network connections, cloud connections and Internet traffic both in and out of the local network. Through an ongoing and continuous “discovery process” DYNAMICVEW maps all of the critical network devices and their associated attached nodes to assist in ease of identification, ongoing management, attached device “trouble” alarming/alerting and troubleshooting, configuration back-up, device end of support/end of live monitoring, and day to day traffic monitoring, management and support.

Meet the Visionary Team
Wiley (Chip) White, Business Development Agent, Education and Healthcare
Chip White has over 35 years’ experience in business development/business management and network/systems operations. Chip has built relationships with rural and urban public anchor institutions (K-12 schools and higher education, hospitals, and local/state government entities), to deliver necessary and comprehensive technology solutions, energy procurement, and energy optimization/management business services. Prior to Visionary Communications, Chip was the CEO of Colorado Central Telecom, Inc. “CCT”, (from late 2021 to August of 2022) to finalize the structured offering and sale of the Company’s Stock in July of 2022. Chip also was the FCC/PUC compliance officer for E-Rate, the Rural Health Care Program, Interconnected VoIP and FCC Broadband reporting. In late 2022, Chip became the COO/VP of Business Operations maintaining the business development, key relationships, and operations through the sale of the Company’s assets to Visionary Broadband, in March of 2024. Prior to his role at CCT/Aristata, Chip was the Western US Vice President of Business Development/Sales for Affiniti, LLC, developing, delivering, and managing education, enterprise, healthcare, and government contracts (including fiber optic and fixed wireless internet, redundant internet/managed router, managed firewall, and network monitoring solutions).
