On Thursday April 4th from 1:45-2:45, Courtnay Ryan, CRHC’s Programs Coordinator will faciliatate a discussion with Doug Miller, FNP at Rocky Ford Family Health Center and Sheila Tefertiller, RN at Prowers Medical Center. Over the past four years, clinics in Southeast Colorado have been engaged in the Improving Performance In Practice (IPIP) project. During this session you will hear about the work done through this project to improve diabetes processes and outcomes including lessons learned, best practices and see who wins the IPIP Super Bowl trophy!
