Workshop: Establishing patterns and routines to build in quality improvement
Beth Katzenberg

Much what we do occurs through patterns and routines. Establishing practice routines for quality improvement can help anyone learn improvement so it becomes second nature in one’s daily work. Managers play a critical role by coaching others in developing and practicing improvement routines.

Are you trying to get others to integrate improvement in their daily work? How do you manage to reinforce this?

Join us for this workshop to learn about establishing patterns and routine practices for improvement and for coaching orders to make improvement a habit.
