The Colorado Rural Health Center is once again preparing its National Rural Health Day celebrations! National Rural Health Day is an opportunity to “Celebrate the Power of Rural” by honoring the selfless, community-minded, “can do” spirit of that prevails in rural America. It also gives us a chance to bring to light the unique healthcare challenges that rural citizens face – and showcase the efforts of rural healthcare providers, State Offices of Rural Health and other rural stakeholders to address those challenges.
Join our “What is Rural campaign”…
Today we begin our “What does rural mean to you?” campaign on Twitter. Each day CRHC will release a statement from one of its staff members describing what rural means to them. Please share with your followers by re-tweeting, or tell us what rural means to you!!
Use hashtag #myrural!!
