Access to quality healthcare is part of what makes a healthy community. Pueblo Community Health Center (PCHC) began providing primary health services in 1983. PCHC is an independent nonprofit organization managed by a community Board of Directors, with twelve locations throughout Pueblo and Huerfano counties.

In 2009, PCHC completed construction of its 41,000 square foot facility on 300 Colorado Avenue, allowing PCHC to serve an additional 6,000 patients. In 2014, PCHC served over 23,000 patients, provided 94,000 medical visits, and delivered 534 babies, which is 1 out of every 4 babies born in Pueblo County.

CRHC has been honored to call PCHC a partner. Specifically, PCHC has contracted with CRHC’s Colorado Provider Recruitment (CPR). CPR connects healthcare providers, who are passionate in serving safety-net patients, with their perfect Colorado home. To learn more about CRHC’s recruitment program visit
