This year CRHC is excited to announce scholarship availability for CRHC members’ HIT staff.

If you or any personnel at your organization perform HIT duties as part of their regular job duties, you may be eligible for scholarships to attend this year’s Annual Rural Health Conference.

In addition, this year’s conference will offer a first-ever HIT track specifically designed to increase the skill set of HIT personnel.  Five HIT-specific breakout sessions will feature a variety of topics presented by leading experts in the field.  This is a great opportunity for your HIT staff to get the training they need, and partake in Colorado’s Rural Healthcare Conference!

Sessions are still being finalized, but topics will include some of the following:

• Disaster Recovery
• How to secure your cloud
• Cybersecurity
• Understanding and using HIE
• Characteristics of effective HIT and infrastructure
• Critical issues in HIT & EHR trouble shooting

To qualify, 50% percent of your time must be regularly devoted to HIT duties.
