Department of Insurance to Assist on Child-Only Policies
Colorado’s Department of Insurance announced yesterday that it will assist families with finding “child-only” health insurance policies. Federal health legislation that took effect on September 23, 2010 prohibits insurers from denying coverage to children based on pre-existing conditions.
