JH Customer Contact Center January 10, 2014 Training Time Update – 1-855-252-8782The Customer Service Units will close for training on January 10, 2014 at 3:30 CT. Our self- service technology, the Interactive Voice Response Unit (IVR), Direct Data Entry (DDE) and Professional Provider Telecommunication Network (PPTN) will still be available during this time.
