Thank you for your interest in Colorado Provider Recruitment! Once you complete checkout, your contract will be in effect. The $1000 contract fee covers one year of recruitment services and does not cover the additional placement fees should a provider be placed at your facility. Once the checkout process is complete and we have received your payment, your facility may start the recruitment process.  A member of CPR will contact you to discuss next steps.
