A Community Health Center in southeast Colorado is looking for an experienced Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner join their team in a convenient care setting!

Your primary responsibility is to care for patients of all ages by providing safe, quality and culturally sensitive medical services to residents in the community.  You must have a high level of compassion for the vulnerable patient population and the desire to provide services without prejudice for a patient’s ability to pay.  Most clinic visits pertain to acute care and you will refer to the emergency department as necessary.  Your schedule would be seven days on, seven days off.  Weekends and evenings would be required. Bilingual skills highly are desired (English/Spanish).

The clinic accepts patients with Medicare/Medicaid, uninsured patients, and has a sliding fee scale.  It is located minutes from the local hospital, which is a 78 bed acute and extended care hospital with a full range of services.
