Jennifer Grant, Quality Improvement Specialist
As a Quality Improvement Specialist, Jennifer supports our rural clinics and hospitals by providing direct assistance to programs, clinic, and hospital staff. She develops and supports operations and infrastructure within the clinic and hospital settings as well as provides technical assistance to practices ensuring compliance is being met for various state and federal regulations to assist our clinics and hospitals in remaining a viable and sustainable point of care.
Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science in Biology, Professional Advanced Certificate in Gerontology, and is currently working on her CPHQ. Prior to joining CRHC, Jennifer spent several years working on Quality Initiatives within the long-term care and clinic settings and spent over fifteen years as a Director of Assisted Living serving the low-income senior community. She has a genuine passion for advocating for and improving the quality of lives of others and hopes to use her experience within the long-term care setting to assist our rural communities.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys thunderstorms, bowling, throwing pottery, and swimming with the sharks, dolphins and stingrays while cruising.
