Quality Improvement Specialist

Gabe Serrano, MSW

Gabe serves as a Quality Improvement Specialist at CRHC. He has a Masters in Social Work from the Silberman School of Social Work in New York City and has over 10 years of experience working in quality and administration in both healthcare and nonprofit settings. As a QI Specialist with CRHC, Gabe is primarily focused on the Rural Connectivity Program and is passionate about ensuring that rural communities have access to safe, efficient, and equitable care and services.

Outside of work, Gabe is a visual artist, activist and foodie. He enjoys traveling with his wife, family, and friends as well as going on various outdoor adventures such as skydiving, snorkeling, zip-lining, and kayaking.
