Cyntia De Carvalho, Quality Improvement Specialist
Cyntia serves a Quality Improvement Specialist at CRHC and has an Associated of Arts degree with major in Health Sciences. she has 15 years of experience working in Home Care and Home Health. During this time, she has worked in different roles ranging from Care Coordination to Community Liaison and directing the scheduling and caregiving department for a home care agency in the Colorado region. She loves working in healthcare and making a difference in people’s lives. She was born in Brazil but has lived in the US most of her life. She speaks 3 languages and is working on learning a 4th (Italian). Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, hiking, skiing, and watching cooking shows. She live in Aurora with her husband, 2 dogs, and 1 cat.
