By November 15^th, 2017 all RHC’s were required to be in compliance with the new CMS Emergency Preparedness Rule. This webinar will review all of the changes that went into effect on the 15^th and how those changes will impact the survey process for RHC’s. After attending this webinar, your clinic should be clear on expectations and next steps to ensure compliance with the new requirements.

Objectives:

• In depth understanding of the Emergency Preparedness Rule requirements
• Review changes made to existing emergency preparedness conditions
• Identify and understand changes in RHC survey requirements

We will have two speakers: Nathan Baugh from the National Association of Rural Health Clinics who will give you and in-depth overview of the Emergency Preparedness Rule and new requirement, and Melanie Roth from the Colorado Department of Public Health to speak about RHC survey expectations.
