BALLROOM SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE

One lucky vendor will be quick enough to purchase our upgraded booth experience with the new Ballroom Sponsorship! 

YOUR SPONSORSHIP WILL INCLUDE:

• The name of your organization as the room title for the main ballroom on the hotel's signage outside the room, our agenda, and the app.
• Option to bring additional signage for outside the room, in front of the room, on the stage, etc. This is a big space, and you have the opportunity to fill it!
• A standard exhibitor booth inside the ballroom.
• 1 exhibitor registration
• Breakfast and lunch on Thursday and breakfast on Friday
• Invitation to the Thursday Night Happy Hour
• Logo included on event web page
• Logo on conference signage and event PowerPoint
• Access to attendee list with attendee names and emails during and after the event (unless attendees opt out)
• Up to two additional exhibitor registrations can be added for $400/each
