Meaningful Use

Congratulations to all who have attested to Meaningful Use, Stage I! We’re proud to say that rural Colorado is a leader in this area and we want you continue your hard work. We also are here to support those who are still dedicated to attesting – we can help. CRHC understands that the journey to meeting Meaningful Use and receiving electronic health record (EHR) incentive payments is complicated. We offer assistance to help rural hospitals, clinics and safety net clinics through this process.

Our basic hospital package includes:

  • Gap analysis one month prior to attestation or before the end of the reporting year;
  • Review of attestation readiness including CMS and State registration;
  • Coordination of annual attestation for Medicare and/or Medicaid;
  • Question and answer support.

Our premier hospital package includes:

  • Regular conference calls and review of dashboards-frequency dependent on need but no less than quarterly with monthly in the last quarter;
  • Question and answer support;
  • Quarterly gap analysis and guidance on remediation;
  • Assistance reviewing and selecting vendor add-ons or upgrades for either existing or Stage II systems;
  • Vendor advocacy for MU reporting issues;
  • One site visit annually;
  • Review of attestation readiness including CMS and State registration;
  • Coordination of annual attestation for Medicare and/or Medicaid;
  • Support with payment problem resolution;
  • Coordination with grant and incentive funding programs.

Our clinic package includes:
