Do you have an up-to-date Policy and Procedures (P&P) Manual, a Certified RHC requirement?
RHCs must have a current P&P Manual that addresses all regulations and outlines how the clinic operates and follows regulations. CRHC QI Specialists can review and evaluate your current Manual or provide you with a P&P Manual, up to date per CMS guidelines. CRHC is also able to provide a non-clinic member for your annual review committee.
