Conference exhibitors are an essential component to The Forum, as they connect attendees with valuable resources and information that is applicable to their hospitals, clinics, staff and more. We are offering two exhibitor options which include a standard exhibitor booth and a premium exhibitor booth. More details will be available on this soon. If you are questioning whether this conference would be a beneficial exhibit opportunity for your company, please contact Matt Enquist at firstname.lastname@example.org.
This includes your exhibit booth, conference materials, and one attendee registration including breakfast and lunch for the duration of the conference. Up to two more full registrations can be added for a discounted price. We will also include your company’s logo on the conference web page and mobile app.
We also offer a premium exhibit package which includes your exhibit booth, conference materials, two attendee registrations including breakfast and lunch for the duration of the conference. In addition you have the option to host your exhibit booth in a high traffic area and the opportunity to select your booth location. Note: If you have a large display or banners, please contact Kinsey Sarian to ensure your exhibit area will have sufficient space to accommodate those items.
Packages may be delivered no more than 3-days prior to April 15th. The package delivery fee is $75.00 per pallet, there is no charge for boxes (up to 5). Your packages should be shipped to the address below and include both your name and the name of our event. Charges will be assessed after your arrival and can be charged to your room number or a separate credit card. Please note that the hotel will not be responsible for any loss or damage to materials set to the hotel prior to April 12th, 2019

The location of exhibit tables is designated on a first come, first served basis. Premium exhibitors and sponsors are given preference for high-traffic, high visibility locations. The Forum conference serves as a valuable opportunity for healthcare providers, clinic managers and clinic administrators of Colorado’s rural health clinics and rural hospitals to actively engage in creating synergy for programs and resources as they move towards models of Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), Meaningful Use, Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH), and the Triple Aim. In addition, clinics will have the opportunity to learn about and discuss HIT.
In the scope of most conferences – we are small – with a specific niche group of healthcare professionals in attendance. Given the three-year attendance record, CRHC expects around 200 participants to attend the conference in 2020. Approximately half of the participants represent rural health providers, with the remainder comprising exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, staff and other healthcare professionals.

Our group is a close-knit community of rural leaders who know each other and come together every year to attend this conference – for them, it’s about seeing old friends and colleagues. Your job as an exhibitor will be challenging, but the key is to be approachable, introduce yourself and totally immerse yourself in the conference. Think of yourself as an attendee and use your exhibit table as a home-base (where you invite attendees for further information). For this reason, your exhibit fee includes an attendee registration! We want you to participate fully in the entire conference! Our conference is definitely not about quantity – but quality leads.

About The Forum
The Colorado Rural Health Center’s Annual Rural Health Forum is in its 20th year of service. The Forum provides an opportunity for Colorado’s 49 certified Rural Health Clinics (RHCs), rural clinics, and other rural providers and healthcare professionals interested in learning more about rural specific healthcare to convene, learn and network together.
