Colorado HealthStory, a project of the Colorado Rural Health Center (CRHC), the Colorado Coalition for the Medically Underserved (CCMU) and ClinicNET, is a public will-building project funded by The Colorado Trust and the Colorado Health Foundation. Over the last three years, the team traveled over 3,000 miles to 27 counties in all corners of the state.
