Kristin Morris

Quality Improvement Specialist

Kristin is a dedicated Quality Improvement Specialist at CRHC. A native of Northwest Florida, she attended Pensacola State College before trading the snow-white beaches for Colorado’s snow-capped mountains in 2020. With nearly two decades of experience in public-oriented service, Kristin brings a wealth of knowledge to her role.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Kristin joined an FQHC, where she played an instrumental role in the deployment and coordination of testing and vaccinating the community’s most vulnerable populations. During her four years there, she served as Population Health Regional Manager and Clinical Risk Manager, demonstrating her comprehensive approach to Quality Improvement.

Kristin is passionate about continuous improvement in patient outcomes through addressing health disparities, improving patient education, and enhancing access to quality healthcare services. She has a special interest in the unique needs of aging adults and is a strong advocate for elder rights. Kristin volunteers her time as a board member at the Seniors’ Resource Center and as an Elder Rights Advocate, working to advance equitable care and support for underserved seniors.

Outside of work, Kristin enjoys exploring Colorado’s beauty, collecting oddities and curiosities, attending rock concerts and comedy shows, and proving to her teenage son that she is, indeed, cool.
