REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: Mental Health, Burnout and Resiliency Training Series

Colorado Rural Health Center (CRHC) is accepting proposals from health professionals with an expertise in mental health, resiliency and/or burnout to provide an educational and training series for community health workers, patient navigators and other professionals with care coordination responsibilities.
